Would you like to have a stronger core and pelvic floor?
The Core and Pelvic Floor course is a 5-week course on how to strengthen and train your core and pelvic floor.
Have you suffered from a weak or leaky pelvic floor, a weak core, sciatica, back pain, poor posture? After having children do you find it difficult to ‘connect’ with your core or have diastasis? This course will help you with safe, no impact training.
Training the deep core muscles of the body can help to alleviate symptoms and pain related to those symptoms. We progress training your core and pelvic floor starting with breathing, adding resistance and then movement over five weeks. Maximum 8 people per class. Advance booking is required.
