Dynamic Flow Yoga is a dynamic flowing style of yoga that harmonizes breath and movement to give strength, tone and grace. You will feel both energised and revitalised after each dynamic yoga class. Dynamic yoga focuses on breath awareness, building core strength, stretching and lengthening the body.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and breathing to promote physical and mental well-being. The classes are made up of a series of postures designed to increase your strength, flexibility, stamina and breathing. 


The Dynamic Flow Yoga class is suitable for all levels and abilities, designed to boost your energy levels and sense of well being.
