The HIIT Training class is taught by Ryan. Ryan is a level 3 certified Personal Trainer who loves everything fitness related. He is also a very keen martial artist with an extensive background in kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He teaches classes for both children and adults in Eastbourne.
