Harmonize the mind, body & spirit with Hatha Yoga


​​Hatha Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and breathing to promote physical and mental well-being. Our Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga classes are made up of a series of hatha yoga postures designed to increase your strength, flexibility, stamina, mobility and breathing. Each class finishes with a ten minute guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

During this Yoga class you will learn about Yoga postures and breathing techniques to enhance a sense of relaxation and well-being. The class aims to harmonize and relax the mind and body and increase your strength, flexibility and balance. You will leave the class feeling calm, relaxed and revitalized. 
The class is suitable for those who have tried yoga before and those who are complete beginners! 


Kate began practicing yoga in 1999.  During this time she has primarily practiced hatha yoga but has also worked with ashtanga, vinyasa and bikram yoga. Kate completed her yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) in 2009 and brings many years of teaching experience and yoga practice to her classes.

Sunday: 6.00pm-7.00pm  

Level: Suitable for complete beginners and those with some previous experience. 

Cost: £8.50 drop-in/£7 per session when booked termly.
