Harmonize the mind, body & spirit with Hatha Yoga

​​Hatha Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and breathing to promote physical and mental well-being. Our Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga classes are made up of a series of postures designed to increase your strength, flexibility, stamina, mobility and breathing. 

During this Yoga class you will learn about Yoga postures and breathing techniques to enhance a sense of relaxation and well-being. The class aims to harmonize and relax the mind and body and increase your strength, flexibility and balance. You will leave the class feeling calm, relaxed and revitalized.

This class is suitable for those who have tried yoga before and those who are complete beginners! If you have never tried Yoga before and wish to find out more, then this is the perfect class for you. Each class will leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

Sunday: 6.00pm-7.00pm  

Level: Suitable for complete beginners and those with some previous experience. 

Cost: £8.50 drop-in/£7 per session when booked termly.

Info: Suitable for all ages including the over 50's. Mats provided but if you have your own please bring it with you.
