Mindful Yoga for a Calmer Mind and Healthy Body
Hatha Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and breathing to promote physical and mental well-being. This Mindful Yoga class is made up of a series of flowing hatha yoga asanas designed to increase your strength, flexibility, stamina, mobility and breathing. Each class finishes with a guided relaxation that will leave you feeling calm and refreshed.
During this Yoga class you will learn about Yoga postures and breathing techniques to enhance a sense of relaxation and well-being. The class aims to harmonize and relax the mind and body and increase your strength, flexibility and balance. You will leave the class feeling calm, relaxed and revitalized. The class is suitable for those who have tried yoga before and those who are complete beginners!
Wendy currently teaches Yoga at various fitness centres in Eastbourne. She is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher and has recently undertaken further training in Vinyasa. She is passionate about the health benefits of Yoga.
Level: Suitable for complete beginners and those with some previous experience.
Cost: £8 drop-in / £7 per session when booked termly.
Info: Suitable for all ages including the over 50's. Mats provided but if you have your own please bring it with you.
