Would you like to improve your core strength, flexibility, posture, stamina, balance, coordination and muscular strength? Do you suffer from muscular or joint pain and want to regain your health and well-being?
Pilates is an effective way to strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, flatten your ab's and reshape your body. Through a series of dynamic Pilates exercises designed to strengthen your entire body, you will gain greater awareness of how your breath and body works together to create a leaner, stronger and more supple body. Pilates produces incredible results!
Our Pilates classes are friendly and welcoming and open to all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes. Our teachers are trained to teach mixed level classes that meet the needs of both beginner and intermediate level students.
Pilates mats, blocks, small hand weights and resistance bands are available at Eden Blue. However, it is recommended that you bring your own mat to the class. Please bring a bottle of water and wear light, comfortable clothing. No footwear is required.

Total Barre™ Pilates: Thursday 5.40pm-6.40pm - Celine
Level: Modifications and progressions offered to suit all abilities, from beginners to intermediate level students. Pilates can be adapted to each individual's own needs thereby making it a suitable exercise for all!
Cost: £8.50 drop-in/£7 per session when booked termly.
