About the course

Leave the week behind, relax and unwind using breathing techniques, meditation and aspects of mindfulness and coaching, to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and ready for the weekend. This course will equip you with the tools to unwind and leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

The aim of these classes are to provide you with some space and time to relax from whatever the week has given you, so that you can begin your weekend in a state of relaxation and bliss. Zoe will guide you through the process, so there is no need for you to share your experiences or your intentions, all you have to do is relax.

This course will use gentle movement to to help you let go of some tension from your body before using some visualisation and guiding words to help you to leave the past week behind, but keeping the best bits for your onward journey. We will then bring ourselves into the present with some mindfulness techniques where we will create calm and still within our minds before taking to the floor for some deep relaxation. We will finish with some setting of intentions for our weekend and the week ahead, and, if the group would like, some visualisations to help us keep our relaxation state on hand should we need to bring it to mind in the future. Some gentle music, background sounds or singing bowls may be used in some of the sessions.

What to wear
You will want you to feel warm and relaxed, so wear something comfy and warm. You may wish to bring some layers so that you can be perfectly comfortable throughout the session. Blankets are provided at Eden Blue but if you prefer to bring your own that’s absolutely fine.
