This series of 4 workshops is designed to help young people manage their stress levels, in particular around exams and leaving school.
These sessions will help participants to understand how their brain works when they feel stress, and give them tools and techniques to help them manage their way through these feelings. We will examine time management, motivation, revision techniques and how to prepare for success. The tools will help participants to mange whatever life throws at them in their future, helping them to prepare for success wherever life takes them. These workshops are aimed at young people in year 11 but suitable for anyone struggling with exam nerves or stress aged between 15-18. The workshops have been designed to provide support in the run up to the exam period and to equip young people with tools and strategies to manage their work load and to feel prepared for their exams.
