Cost: £8.50 drop-in/£7 per session when booked termly.

Info: Suitable for all ages including the over 50's. Mats provided but if you have your own please bring it with you. Please book!

​​Hatha Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and breathing to promote physical and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga is made up of a series of postures designed to increase your strength, flexibility, stamina, mobility and breathing. 

During this Yoga class you will learn about Yoga postures and breathing techniques to enhance a sense of relaxation and well-being. The class aims to harmonize and relax the mind and body and increase your strength, flexibility and balance. You will leave the class feeling calm, relaxed and revitalized.

This class is suitable for those who have tried yoga before and those who are complete beginners! ​Karen has been practicing and studying Yoga since 1999 and has been teaching since 2006.
