What is Zumba?
Shake, shimmy and Zumba your way to fitness
Zumba is an exciting, exhilarating and uplifting dance-fitness workout that helps you to burn calories, lose weight, build cardio strength and tone up! This fun-packed class will brighten your spirits and kick-start your day with a smile.
Each Zumba class is like a mini Latin party. You will dance to music styles from around the world such as salsa, pop, reggae, calypso, merengue, cumbia, hip-hop and soca. Using a combination of easy-to-learn Zumba dance steps and fitness moves such as bicep curls, squats and lunges, Zumba offers a fun and varied way to keep fit and streamline your body.
If you are worried about your coordination, fitness level, shape or age, then don't be! All of our Zumba classes are a mixed level. They are open to men and women age 16 and over.
You can attend classes on a drop-in basis or book termly in advance. Termly bookings are a more affordable option for those wishing to pursue regular exercise.
